Hi.

On my site (commercialcalza.com) I have installed a plugin to manage product filters.

The nice part about the filter is that after filtering by color, it shows the products of the filtered color.

The filter works well with variable products that only have the COLOR option.

However, if a product has 2 options, namely SIZE and COLOR, the images of the filtered color are not seen.

I wrote to plugin support and they replied this: "The plugn setting will work with the standard WooCommerce product format, but your theme renders in its own way, with a slider".

If I activate a basic theme, the plugin works fine.

See this video: http://somup.com/c3fXlZOb2P I enter in a category and filter by WHITE color. After that you can see some products with no white photo (it's products with color and size selection). When I active a "base" theme, all images are white.

So, can you help me plase? And, what does "theme renders in its own way, with a slider" mean?

    However, I logged into your dashboard before you edited your message.

    Can you tell me the name of the plugin responsible for that?

    Moreover, I noticed that many of your plugins and Betheme are outdated, and it is always good to have the most current versions.

    Hi, I have sent you the login details to my test site.

    It is an identical clone of the online site. However, I have updated the plugins and the theme, but nothing changes. I've also disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and the filter plugin (https://woobewoo.com/).

    You can do all the tests you want, it is a clone of the site that no one will see.


    Then let me know if I need to send you the data from the live site.

    Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Unfortunately, our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so we cannot help you.

    Thank you for your reply.

    However, I need a product filter. When I filter for a color, the product images must be white (because in the admin I have uploaded a white photo for the single product variants). Is it possible with your theme? Or do you know a plugin that does this?

    Or, can you give me a quote to fix this?

    The filters available in the Betheme will show all products of the attribute you select, but there will be the main image of the product.

    I am not familiar with a plugin that would allow that, so you need to check the official WooCommerce website.

    But we do not provide help with the file customization. For that, you would have to contact your web developer.
