White spaces between images - Gallery and Blog
Hi guys,
I have encountered what I believe is a frontend media loading issue.
When I load a page containing a gallery or blog element, I see white spaces between the images where they shouldn't be.
What could it be?
I think it is a problem of "size" or "loading" of the elements in the frontend, because when I position the window on a white space and reload the page this white space disappears (but I can see others higher or lower in the same gallery).
Can you help me solve?
Thank you very much, best regards,
Eleonora

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Thanks
The site in online "under construction": from the screens can you understand the problem?
If not, I can create an admin user for you to view it, we cannot publish it with these lag... Or at least, it wouldn't be ideal.
It started behaving like this since we uploaded several images... Could it be a fact of file size or similar?
Thanks
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Hi,
Ok, I sent you the credentials from the contact form as indicated.
The link of the site I am referring to is this: https://www.artout.eu
Thanks
I could not recreate this behavior, but I noticed that you have a couple of unsupported plugins.
Please, disable your plugins one by one, and check if the issue is gone. I would start with the Smush plugin because I already saw problems with images caused by this plugin.
Best regards
Thanks!
I tried to deactivate the plugins one by one and found that the problem was generated by the WPSmush plugin.
It was compatible with my version of Wordpress, it was probably some compression setting that conflicted with the galleries (my guess).
I write this in case anyone else has the same problem as me.
Thank you, best regards,
Eleonora
Glad I could help.
Please, let me know if you have any other questions or problems.
Thanks
