How I add top bar with social icons?

How I add top bar with social icons? I cannot find the way to add the social icons at the top bar instead of the footer

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action Bar -> Action Bar, and check Show above the header.

Then the socials from the Social tab will appear in the Action Bar on the right side.
