Product video gallery

Hello

i would like to insert a video in the single product page gallery. It seems that there isn't a native function in the theme, so i bought https://woocommerce.com/it-it/products/product-video-for-woocommerce/ but it crashes the website. Do you know how to fix or a plugin that is fully compatible for that purpose?

Please, switch to some free theme like Twenty Twenty for a test.

If it will work correctly with a free theme please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
