Can't save/update the pages options

I have a website and I use WPML to have the site in French and English. I just created the English version of the homepage and translated all the content.

Now I try to turn on the "Subheader hide" option and to select a Layer Slider but when I press update to save the options, it keeps changing back. I tried to modify other options and nothing is working.

Any idea why?

Hi,

if you are not able to save options, it means the problem is with not enough memory on server. The variables like upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size, memory_limit must be increased on server side.

I asked my hosting company to increase the value for all the variables you mentioned and I still have the same problem.

This is definitely not possible. Please send us url to page where we can check your current settings for server and we'll have a look on it.

I asked them to put the phpinfo file for the website and it's available here: http://voilesenvoiles.com/phpinfo.php

They increased all the variables that you mentioned. Let me know if there's anything else that needs to be changed.

Look, I really need this to be working soon. The values for the variables have been increased to:

max_execution_time = 240
memory_limit = 512M
post_max_size = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 256M

There's no way we need to increase it more for it to work.

As we see, these values were set properly. But we see that one of them has not been changed. We mean max_input_vars. You got 1200 while should be minimum 10000. Hope this will help.
