dropdown list in header

Hello, guys. Where and how do I activate and deactivate this grey drop down section in the administration? I am not aware that I have turned it on somewhere and suddenly have it on the site and I don't know how to remove it.

Hi,

It is a Sliding Top. You can activate/deactivate it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras.
