Dial in Mobile

How to add Dial in Mobile icon with number to the mobile device visible at the bottom when page is scrolled down? I cannot see this feature included in this theme. Can you help me how this can be done?

You can use the following construction:

Please put it in the Column Text element, or to a Custom HTML widget in Appearance -> Widgets.
