Blog teaser weird spacing

Hi there! I'm hoping you can help I'm using the Blog Teaser element and there's a weird gap under the second column. Can you help me figure out how to remove that so it's all even? Thank you!

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
