BEtheme, does not installing Demo website

Hello, I bought Be theme, yesterday,

and now when I try to install a theme template it does not allow me to install the demo website. kindly take a look at the attached screenshot.

Please, see the following video tutorial, and ensure that you did all steps correctly.

Moreover, please, go to Betheme -> System status, and check if all parameters has green ticks.

If you see any red cross, please, contact your hosting provider to fulfill the requirements.
