Menu Toggle is not showing

Hello, my menu item which has sub-menus is not showing any icon to notify users that it has children. However, when you hover over the menu-item, you could definitely see the list of sub-menus.

I have toggled this settings through Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Layout > Options > Arrows for Items with Submenu

I notice a class menu-toggle will be added upon the option checked, however there is nothing showing, just an empty space. Currently I keep the settings on for ease of check by your team.

My website link is : https://lyxie.idksia.dev/aptitude/ and the menu item that has children is "People".

I've tried using css :after on the menu-item <a> element but it will be auto added to the .menu-toggle class instead. I did not make any changes to the theme file.

I can see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Please, update it, and check if the problem still occurs.
