Unable to show subheader when using revolution slider as header

Hello, I am unable to get the subheader to show when using revolution slider as a header, even if "show subheader" is enabled in the page options. I only want to show the breadcrumbs under the header. Does anybody know how I can fix this?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, and check the option Show subheader on pages with Slider.
