If the customer put some products on their wishlist, is there any way to see those products from the Wordpress backend ? Some wishlist plugins offer this. This way, from the backend we can know what the customer wishes to buy and probably we can make some offers for those products.

Wishlist is a regular page. You can enter it through the Pages tab or through the WP admin bar.
