Betheme builder updates not showing

Hi there,

When I make updates to the page or make updates using the betheme builder, it shows the updates in preview mode, but when I save the updates and refresh the page, they aren't there.

I checked my theme status and everything looks good. Not sure why it's all of a sudden not saving my changes.

Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
