WooCommerce-BeTheme & Sidebars

Hi BePeople,

I'm working on a site using BeTheme and WooCommerce. The site is in maintenance mode while we work on the back end. The site will 200 products on catalog mode with over 20 catagories. Right now I'm trying to set up a sidebar of categories on the Products (Woo) page and then other Category pages. I've watched your video many times and followed each step but I can't seem to get it to work.

Any wise BeHelp?

Did you follow our official documentation?

Setting Shop sidebar is slightly different than the regular one.

If you followed it, but still cannot get the sidebar on your shop page, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.

You created a new sidebar for WooCommrce, but the widgets should be placed in Plugin | WooCommerce.

I have moved it there, and the sidebar appears.

Does this have any options like putting a header "Categories" on the top and removing the number of products in the category?

When you edit this widget, on the right side will appear its options where you can hide the product count.

Some widgets have headers by default, but if you do not see any, you can add a Paragraph element and put the text with it.

I'd like to add a mega menu. What do you recommend? I saw that betheme has a mega menu tutorial, isn't that for pages? What is good for Woo-Commerce?

Well, our Mega Menu is kinda outdated, it works but does not allow to make a lot of customizations.

We are currently creating the header builder and it will include the mega menu builder too (not sure if mega menu builder will be included with first release).

Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:
