Changing background color and adding spacing in sections

Hi,

I have added a background color in a section on my page, but when I go to preview it and even after I update it and view the page, my changes are not there. I did clear the cache several times and it isn't that. I also tried a different browser. Currently I am using Chrome and I also tried it in Safari.

The part where it says "Family Owned and in Business for over 60 Years!" should have a green background. Further, when I try to add padding or margins top and bottom, it has no effect.
