All CSS, JS deleted after saving css

Why my all CSS and js deleted after saving the CSS? How can I get back the codes? Please help me asap. My company is very angry with me. Please help me with how can I get that.

Where did you put this CSS?

Are you using some unsupported plugins and a child theme?

Could anyone be logged in meanwhile, and overwrite the theme option?
