Action Bar & Header Bg Colour is transparent

Hi Guys,

Struggling with this one.

Bg colour on the Desktop Action Bar and Header is Transparent. I need to have it a solid colour. This only applies to the header when it first loads. The sticky header is perfect once you scroll.

This only seems to be the case on the Desktop screen and iPad landscape.

The Transparent option is unchecked (off). And bg colour has been assigned to the "Simple" header, but the BG colour won't change from Transparent.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
