Logo randomly disappears

The logo on the site sometimes doesn't show when a page is loaded or reloaded. Here is an example. If you refresh this page it will randomly not be visible. https://aapca3.org/advocacy/

Edit: I turned off Hummingbird caching and the problem seems to have gone away.

We do not support the Hummingbird caching plugin, so it can be a source of the problem.

Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:
