Sorry, but you showed me import/export tool, I did not mention you to go there.

Please, create new page, let name it "Muffin Import Test" and hit save, then please use the "Single Page Import" feature with this link you showed on the screenshot ( https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/computershop ) it will import you the page with that contact form only, then you will be able to copy and paste it between the pages.

The Single Page Import how to use is available to see here:

Simply get into the option of "Single Page Import", insert the link ( https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/computershop ) and hit import button.
