Webhook - Active language dependent content appearance

Hello,

I would like to add a webhook which displays content (images with web links) depending on current page language/code.

I added the two thumbnail images on the top right of the web page (https://web.ucy.ac.cy) corner and need to have web links (when clicked) depending on the current webpage language, i.e. if it is in english, then the web links would direct to the English content and when is in Greek (https://web.ucy.ac.cy/?lang=el), direct visitors to the Greek page contents.


How can I achieve this?
