Header Builder with 2 rows - Add separator/divider line

Dear sir or madam,

I've been using the Header Builder and created 2 rows, one with logo and 2 images and the other just the menu, how can I have a separator/divider line between them, like the "Stack Center" header style has in Betheme Options? The line could be for example with width 2px.

I have just managed to add a line but I need to have its length equal to the menu length.

Is not the line equal to the menu width right now?

The line is slightly longer, it is required to not exceed the boundaries/length of the menu, i.e. it goes slightly more left that "Study" and more right that "EL" menu items.

The menu starts in the place where the line starts, but the menu items have padding on the sides.

Unfortunately, it will be not possible to perfectly align the line with the text.
