Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
The problem is with the child theme, if I switch to the parent theme, I don't see the menu duplicated,
can you please check and let us know.
Sorry, but we do not know what changes you made in your files, and we do not provide help with the child theme modifications.
In that case, you should contact your web developer instead.
