how to set pictures in full width

Hi there

before the last update ob betheme the pics at the top were full width but now there is a small frame on the left and right side - did not figure out how to set up the settings to make the pic full width again.

Can you please help me with it? the page is https://www.ins-zentrum.ch

I could solve it myself...... -> I set up "Columns | remove horizontal margin" and all was fine :-)
