Where do i submit a ticket?
Hey, iv been asked to look at a friend's WordPress site that was built in Betheme. I have just purchased a license for support.
where do I go?
im looking for someone to have a quick look why the the menu is not showing and even after i edit the home page adding a background img to the home page slider/header it wont show.
first time using thhis theme but heard great thing about it.
looking forward to testing it out

You are in the right place, and I will help you.
I can see that there is a class that does not come from our theme that causes this issue.
And this is how it looks when I remove it:
It probably comes from one of the plugins, so I suggest disabling them one by one to locate the source of this problem.
Also, I noticed that this website has a very old version of Betheme. So please, download the newest version from ThemeForest, update it, and set the background then via the Advanced tab in the builder.
