Cannot change background colour

Hello I am using Be Builder and want to change the background colour of a section. On the editor preview the colour changes, as do the font colours, but in the published version there are no changes and the colour remains the same as the default. I have tried disabling all plugins and clearing the cache but it does not work. I have attached images showing the problem.
