How to remove pre-set "ASK" from the menu?

on the menu bar, there is a "ASK" button on the top right, is there any way I can remove it? Thanks

Hi,

What you are referring to is the action button. Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> header & subheader -> extras and empty the fields for the action button. See here:
