Theme option import not working

I'm migrating website from one installation to another.

I tried to:

• importing via url;
• Importing via content;
• deactivate plugin;
• clearing browser cache.

How could I solve this?

I've problem migrating :

• theme options
• Header

I'm trying to migrate using https://support.muffingroup.com/documentation/theme-options-backup-reset/ But once I click "IMPORT" Button, nothing happens.

Our first installation is: https://www.refreshstudio.it/demo/exes

Website live version is: https://www.exes-shop.com/2022/

Please, help us. Website should go live tomorrow.

Sorry, I meant that i'm not using "betheme header builder".

I used the export code from your old page into my local enviroment, and it works perfectly fine - it's probably your server problems, you should contact the hosting provider and ask him about some logs, maybe it will give some light.

Also, I cannot get into the new page you sent, the 404 error appears.
