add a variable block on my product pages

Hello

I want to modify my product page. I do not know how to do.

I want to add paragraphs like ''manual'', ''use product'' under the product description and above the main features. But I do not want to use tabs. I want to add my variable text and keep the same title for all product pages. I don't know if I can do it using the templates module or if there is another way.
