no I would like to insert the video under header without the white block under the logo. basically everything under the logo.

This white block is your header, it's set to 150px and its global for whole page, also you cannot set the background video for header.

To decrease your header size, please go to the Theme Options -> Header & Subheader -> Header

But, to insert video before the image, just use the BeBuilder.
