I'm having serious problems updating the plugin of the theme and the theme itself of Betheme. I'll briefly explain what is happening:
Entering wordpress, in the "install plugin" section of the theme, all the plugins requested or recommended by Betheme appear, but strangely, even if there are updates, it does not report it. Going to update the plugins that have new versions not reported as "Be Custom" I get this error:
Download the update from https://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=18a9853a-4747-48cd-8529-95c09181548f&plugin=becustom…
Extraction of the update in progress ...
Installation of the latest version in progress ...
The package cannot be installed. The package does not contain any files.
The plugin update failed.
In addition to this, after updating the plugin, it not only deletes all the Be Custom presets previously made, but the presence of a new update of the theme itself appears out of nowhere, and trying to update the theme gives me the same error. Forcing me to reinstall an old backup to revert to the previous preset.
This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
