Theme header and footer not showing correctly

My theme header and footer are not showing correctly along with the menu, drop-down menu, sidebar features and other minor issues like hovering over the offers. I set up a fresh new install and still have the issue. I then had another web developer take a look and he says that it is a theme-related issue. Could you please help me figure it out? Right now it is a demo layout with some minor adjustments.

Hi,

we have no idea what you did but this is not what comes with installation. Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine. But to sort widgets in footer, you must go under Appearance > Widgets section.

I am reviewing everything but we just did a fresh install of everything and it resulted with the same issues: http://www.amicreativestudio.com/sites/companion2

I'm not sure what is going on, am I missing a file or is something not right? 

We have strictly imported dummy content.

When we tried to open your site, all we see is 404 error page.
