Hide Unused Categories on Blog Page

Hi,
I created several different categories to organize my blog posts on this page: https://awaywithmeredith.com/blog/
The categories that were not being used didn't use to show up until recently. I didn't make any changes to the site. Now they are visible for some reason. Is there any way to hide the unused categories again until they are used?

Hi,
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog, and there you will be able to exclude unused categories.
