Cannot see the updates

Hi,

I updated the content, added text and then updated the page. However I do not see the text appearing on the website. The text is still in the buider only. What could be the issue?

    I have checked that page, and everything is updating correctly.

    Are you sure that you were not editing the tablet version?

    When editing the Desktop version, collapse the Builder panel, and check which text appears.

    There is the possibility that the screen resolution is too narrow, and the builder thinks that you are editing the tablet view.

  • Hi :) I thought this issue was solved, but now we just did a zoom call with my colleague and see that it is still there :)


    She is updating these sections and she cannot see the updates on Desktop only.


    In her builder in all versions: mobile and desktop and tablet - she sees the updates, however when she presses "Publish" only tablet and mobile is updated. Sge does switch in all modes and updates all sections.


    I logged in then and in the builder I do not see the updates in desktop and just in tablet and mobile. So only I can change desktop version?


    I explained her to switch modes, but it does not work for her. Could you help us to solve this issue? :)

  • Please, ask her to edit the Desktop version with the BeBuilder Blocks, and check if the changes appear on the published page.

  • So we cannot use the visual builder with this?


    Also I somehow do not see the page "Test Page"... maybe you are in a wrong website? We do not have pages like "We make natural high quality CBD products" .

  • It also took me sometime to teach my colleague to use the visual BeBuilder and not the Wp-Builder, so it would be very amazing if she can continue working with it :)

  • The screenshot was from my environment. I wanted to show you where to go.

    Also, I wanted you to test if the problem is only in the visual builder or if it also happens in the backend one with the BeBuilder Blocks.

    As I cannot reproduce this problem on my computer, I need you to do some troubleshooting.

    I will call with my colleague and try that then...


    But that does that really matter much? we still want to use the visual builder, and the issue is there :) Could you explain why exactly we need to do this backend builder stuff then?

    Can you tell me what environment your colleague is using? Browser, OS, screen resolution.

  • Ok, so we did the test :) With just a WP builder, it works for her, but with the BeBuilder no.


    For example I did a change with BeBuilder on the Desktop mode and she was not able to see that change in the builder in desktop mode, so it somehow does not recognize the desktop view on her laptop.


    My colleague uses Chrome, screen resolution is 1366x768, Windows :)
