Hi, when i try to edit a page with BeBuilder the result is this for 10 minutes. Why?

Please, tell me what version of Betheme, WP, and PHP you have.
Moreover, please, turn off all of your plugins, and check if this problem persists.

I turned all of the plugins and still persists.
I notice that none of the page builders are working. But i tried on another domain address and it worked, even betheme page builder worked. But on other domain it doesnt work.

also it stays forever like this. can not reset the database.
