License use
Sometimes I make a site for a client on a test server and after approval I move it to the correct domain.
However, when activating the license on the first server, I cannot use the same license on the definitive one.
I didn't know it before, but now I'm aware that I must deactivate the licenses, before deleting the sites. I will proceed correctly from now on. But how to proceed with older licenses?
I have already deregistered the license on my list (on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/), but by doing so, the license disappears from it and when I try to use the license again, I receive:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
or
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain
I noticed another message: Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com
Isn't it possible to use the licenses or it's my server that is blocking something?
Is it is possible, how do I do it?

Hi,
1) If you deregistered the license key in our API tool, you should have no problems registering it on another domain.
2) You can see that cURL error 28 is about connection timeout, and the problem is not theme-related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

This is not a new issue. Many users have this problem, and it always gets fixed with the hosting provider's help. Therefore, we assure you that the problem is not on our side.
