please go under Settings > Permalinks section and click “Save changes” button because this looks like something is wrong with .htaccess file on your FTP. But if this won’t help, then please deactivate all plugins, clear cache. Otherwise you must contact with host admin because maybe file responsible for permalinks does not have right privileges.
