thumbnail image in offer is not working

Dear Phil,

i have add all type of images (png, jpeg, svg) to thumbnail in offer section to build offer slider. as you see in attached image, its not working. i have set everything same as the video in muffin group youtube about offer slider but it's not working.

please advise

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
