Prebuilt site not showing

Hello,

I'm building a new website, it's not on a fresh installation of Wordpress - I'm using a staging area so it;s an exact copy of my clients current site.

I thought I had successfully installed one of your pre-built sites (Herbal) having got the 'Be Herbal has been successfully installed. You have a new website now' message - and had installed and activated the necessary plugins, done the database reset, yet the old website is still showing on the front end, not the Herbal website.

Is this correct or am I missing something?

Hi,

From your message, it seems that you have done all steps correctly.

Do you have any caching plugins in your WP or caching tools on your server enabled? If yes, please, turn them off, and check if the problem persists.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I had already disabled Jetpack which came with the old site and just now double checked that I had no other possible caching plugins.

However, I've just reloaded the site and it's now showing the prebuilt version, so all is well!

Perhaps it just took a bit more time to do it than I was expecting?

Sometimes browsers have their own caching tools built-in, and it could be the reason.

But now it is working correctly as it should, right?

I'm actually having the same issue. I installed the theme, but no theme demo material is visible. Even after clearing the cache.

Is there a way to have you looking with me on my admin panel?
