License verification
Hi, we have purchased your template with the regular license and we are
proceeding to upgrade it but it prompts us for the license which, when entered, gives us the following error: "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: demo.elavweb.com"
The domain "demo.elavweb.com" is our test domain and we are not aware of any Betheme template installed. Therefore, we have just renewed our support.
Therefore we ask you: how can we unhook the license from this address which actually has no Betheme template installed?
