if we modify the style: "bar at the top" or "box on the map" appears ...
but when publishing it is not in any case displayed. This for a few days, before was seen correctly.
What can we do .. this problem is unnerving!

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
Also, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Did you try disabling your plugins and switching to the parent theme?
If yes please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I have fixed it, please, check the map.
In the browser console, I noticed an error about an unescaped line break, also I noticed that the problem is gone after removing the last marker. So I re-added line breaks (enters).
