How can i change the countdown color and size ?

Ok. So to change font size and color for count down item, please use below css:

.quick_fact .number { font-size: 60px !important; line-height: 60px !important; color: #000 !important; }
.quick_fact h3 { color: #000 !important; font-size: 20px !important; }

That didn't do anything for some reason.

I edited the countdown box and pasted the css code into Custom | Classes

Above css was tested and works on 100%. So or you pasted it wrong way, or in wrong place or you did mistakes in css before and that's why any code after previous lines does not work.

Each css should be pasted under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
