Hi,

Edit your post, change its template to Intro Header, choose the image in the Media section, and check the Full Screen option.

Thanks for the directions. Unfortunately, however, if I put a video it doesn't work, how can I do it? thank you

It does not work for the video, and it is for images only.

As a workaround, I can suggest using the builder template, and putting the video in the builder.

For the section with a video set Full Width in the Advanced option and change the video margin to zero.
