Is it possible, to display always the entire path of the breadcrumb and highlight the active one.

Yes. Visually, it's what I'm looking for, but:

In addition, I always want to see the entire path / breadcrump. And only the path to the current page highlighted.

Example: I'm on a page from category1.0 and there are more subcategories:

home-> category1.0 -> category1.2 -> category1.3

But that's also how I see that there are still subcategories.

Probably with the files modification it would be possible to achieve that, but we do not provide help with such customization.
