Purchase code

Hi,

I tried to add the purchase code on website .IE and they keep said: "Purchase code already used. Please deregister the purchase code and remove the theme folder on: website.COM"

Which the .COM website is deleted everything and still not working.

please let me know what should I do. thanks.
