duplicate the category when csv upload

Dear Support , 

i know it maybe not cause about theme issue , 

but just want to ask your professional advise,

the site is good but if user use csv import, ( it happen after tranlation install)  

it will create duplicate the category by product , so the result is like attachemnt

any idea why is it happen and any suggestion

Does it happen when the translation plugin is disabled, or only when enabled?

How do you import the CSV?

So, after disabling translaation plugin everything works fine?

I'm not sure about the changes made for CSV by WPML.

Did you test if the same happen on twenty-twenty theme or other default theme?
