preview product images are not displayed

Hello,

I updated the latest version of Be but this happened to me, you can't see the preview images of the products anymore.

Woocommerce is up to date wordpress is up to date.

Can you help me.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I deactivated all the plugins and activated the parent thema but nothing has changed ... but if I apply another thema the thumbnails appear.

Did you modify the site? ... because the images of the products are back! ... what was the problem?

In Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> Products list, you had selected option Images: Use external plugin for featured images, which was causing it. So I have switched it to default, and they appear.
