Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Plugins deactivated, unfortunately without success.

I remember having this problem before on another project. Your support had recommended some setting to me and then the logo and the menu stayed up when scrolling on the iPhone.

In Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header, you should have selected the Sticky option checked.
