On reloading Webseite the logo appear for a second and irritates the viewer

As soon as you reload the website, a logo appears for 1 ms on the left side of the webseite. It's very annoying and I can't figure out what's wrong. I temporarily removed all logos and also briefly deleted the manually added CSS. the logo still appears for 1 ms.

Help here? I would be grateful for any help
