Sorry, I do not understand, the permalinks can be changed only there, if you want to change the link for single element just do it using the BeBuilder.

Can you explain me it greater, with some screenshots if possible?

In BeBulider I can edit everything, but not the permalink.

The question is, where can I found this function in BeBuilder?

Hi,

The WP manages permalinks and their structure, which is why you cannot edit them through the BeBuilder.

If you want to modify them, you need to edit your page with the WP editor, like on the screenshot you have sent.
