    Hi,

    1) The text on the left from your first screenshot can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action Bar -> Action Bar.

    The links on the right are the menu, and you need to navigate to Appearance -> Menus and find a menu with the option checked Social Menu Top.

    2) The text below the Footer can be modified in Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer.
